Race Details

The next Delco 10 Miler will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 8 a.m.

Registration will open on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 8 a.m.

The race will start at Rose Tree Park in Upper Providence Township and end at Subaru Park in Chester.

Yes, runners must maintain a pace of 13 minutes and 30 seconds per mile. Because this is a point-to-point course requiring temporary road closures, roads must reopen in a timely manner to minimize traffic disruption and ensure safety.

Registration Questions

Yes! Registration will be capped at 2,500 participants.

The cost of registration is $99 per participant (plus fees).

There will not be an early-bird rate for the 2026 Delco 10 Miler.

Registration includes a bib/entry to enter the race, a commemorative Delco 10 Miler short sleeve tech t-shirt (unisex & women’s fit available), and a 2026 Delco 10 Miler medal. All registered runners also receive a FREE 2SP beer (or non-alcoholic beverage) and a FREE cheesesteak (or vegetarian option) at the post-race party.

Yes. Teams are for competitive runners from corporations or running clubs.

There is no age limit to run the Delco 10 Miler.

There will not be a virtual option for the 2026 race.

Deferred/transferred entry

If you have previously deferred your 2025 registration and are ready to claim your deferral for the 2026 race, go to your RunSignUp Profile page and then click on the Deferrals tab. Packet Pickup Questions

Packet pickup will be held at The Running Place in Newtown Square for a series of dates before race day.

Yes, a friend can pick up your packet for you. No ID is required. Simply share a screenshot of your registration confirmation for them to present at packet pick-up with your name.

Race Day Questions (Pre-Start)

The race will begin promptly at 8 a.m. with the first corral. All runners must arrive at the start line by 7 a.m. The complimentary shuttle from Subaru Park (finish line and parking location) will depart at 6 a.m. for the start line.

The best way to get to the race is by taking the complimentary shuttle from Subaru Park.

Designated parking for the Delco 10 Miler is located at Subaru Park – Philadelphia Union LOT G near Union Yards. The entrance to the parking lot is located on 2nd Street.

It is not recommended to park your car at Subaru Park ahead of race day as the lot will not be monitored or secured until the morning of the race.

No. There will be absolutely NO PARKING at Rose Tree Park for participants or spectators.

Yes, you can get dropped off by a vehicle at Rose Tree Park, but the car must promptly exit after drop-off.

Road closures are to be expected along the entire course with rolled openings after the last corral starts the race. Road closures will begin at 7 a.m. or earlier in some areas like the start line. Additional details on road closures will be released closer to race day.

Course-Related Questions

Start Corrals
We use a corralled wave system at the start of the race. Your corral assignment is based on the anticipated finish time you provided at registration. Runners must be in their corrals by 7:40 a.m.

Start times

  • Elite athletes and first wave: 8:00 a.m.
  • After the first wave, the next waves will start every three to five minutes

There are no pace groups; however, like-paced (based on submitted estimated finish times) runners are placed in corrals together.

There will be 25 portable toilets at the start. Please allow yourself enough time to use the facilities before the start of the race.

Please remember to hydrate before the race. Water and portable toilets will be provided approximately every 2 miles of the race (starting at mile 2) and at the Finish Line.

Yes, runners must be able to pace of 13 minutes and 30 seconds per mile. Because this is a point-to-point course that requires the temporary closure of several major roadways, we must reopen roads in a rolling and timely manner to minimize traffic disruption and ensure the safety of participants, volunteers, and the community.

There are NO SHUTTLES back to the start area at the end of the race.

No, the course is not USATF certified.

Post-race related questions

After crossing the finish line at Subaru Park, runners will receive their finisher medal and refreshments before entering the post-race celebration area.

The post-race party includes food and beverage offerings, sponsor activations, music, and space to relax and celebrate your accomplishment.

Please follow volunteer and signage directions to keep foot traffic moving smoothly. There will be a short awards ceremony at the post-race party which will begin mid-morning once top finishers are confirmed.

Absolutely! Spectators and families are welcome at the finish line and post-race festival area at Subaru Park. We encourage cheering, celebrating, and enjoying the post-race atmosphere.

Spectators should park in designated Subaru Park parking lots assigned for finish-line access. Parking and traffic flow maps will be shared in advance to help families plan their arrival.
