The Living Room: The largest space which includes a fireplace and door to the outside patio. It can seat semi-private events. However, you can use the entire room for 15 to 60 guests with various tables and banquette seating.

The Library: The most intimate room. It can seat semi-private events, or the entire room can seat 12 to 30 guests.

The Chadds Ford Room: The most intimate private room with a large table that hosts up to 12 guests.

The Garden Room: The brightest space with high ceilings. It can host up to 55 guests.
