Designed as a moderate cardio workout\, we’ll cover about 2½ to 3 miles at a steady pace—but don’t worry\, we’ll also take time to pause for those unexpected moments nature has in store. \n\nGates open at 7:45 am\nThe group leaves promptly from the parking lot at 8:10 am.\nPlease arrive on time.\nCheck in with your experienced guide in the parking lot.\nRestrooms will be open.\n\nWhat to expect on the trail: \n\n2½ to 3-mile moderately paced hike\nWalking surfaces that include pavement\, grass\, gravel\, and rocky trails\nWalking surfaces that include pavement\, grass\, gravel\, and rocky trails\nChanges in grade\, including possible steep hills\n\nWhat to wear & carry: \n\nDress in layers for the weather\nHiking boots or shoes with good tread\nWater & snacks\nHiking poles\n\nPRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED \nMembers (sign in for your discount!): Adults: FREE \nNon-Members: Adults (ages 18-64):$18 per person; Seniors (ages 65+): $15 per person.
