Rockdale Memorial Day Parade

Join the community for a historic ceremony and parade now in its 144th year.
Enjoy a lively program featuring favorite patriotic songs and marches. Kids can enjoy free hot dogs, pretzels, drinks, and Georgeo’s Italian Ice. Veterans are invited to stop by the Hospitality Tent for a special gift. T-shirts and hats will be available for purchase, and raffle tickets for the Patriotic Quilt will be sold until sold out.
Parade staging begins at approximately 9:00 AM in front of the Rockdale Art Center (Ahearn’s Market), located at 2551 Mount Rd, Aston. The parade is scheduled to step off around 11:15 AM.
The Bike Parade will also stage in this area, with plenty of decorations available for bikes, wagons, and strollers. Participants should line up facing Convent Avenue, entering from Pennell Road.
