Park Avenue Community Center Presents: Community Drum Circle

Come to this inter-generational gathering to connect, express yourself and experience the power of collective rhythm at our next Community Drum Circle!
We’ll use drums and hand-held percussion instruments to explore different rhythms through demonstration, call and response, and hand clapping — even some dance if you feel moved.
Led by percussionist Gamal Sherif; drummers of all ages and levels are welcome! If you have your own drum or other percussion instrument, please bring it. If not, we’ll have plenty on hand to share.
