Linvilla Orchards Pumpkinland (September 6 – November 2)
Fall into fun at Delaware County’s favorite family-friendly farm! This 100+ year-old farm is an autumnal mecca for locals. You can buy freshly-picked produce or go out in the fields and pick it yourself; climb, swing and jump through the giant playground, or get up close and personal with the farm animals. The Bates Motel & Haunted Attractions at Arasapha Farm (September 19 – November 2)
For most of the year, Arasapha Farm is a picture-perfect example of a family-owned farm. But once the autumn chill sets in, that bucolic facade transforms into one of the scariest Halloween attractions in the nation with three spine-chilling experiences. Check into the Bates Motel if you dare – but be warned – the haunted guests within do not respect personal boundaries. Stroll through a moon-lit corn maze inhabited by dozens of creepy creatures to keep you company along the way. Arasapha Farms Harvest Hayride (Saturdays & Sundays September 21 through October 26)

The Great Pumpkin Carve (October 16, 17 & 18)
Chadds Ford Historical Society hosts this three day Chadds Ford tradition where over 70 giant pumpkins are carved & lit by local artists on Thursday and lit and displayed on Friday & Saturday. Guests can enjoy a ‘kid friendly’ Haunted Trail, raffle prizes, live music, food, and local craft beer and wine. 1736 Creek Road, Chadds Ford, PA 19317
Colonial Pennsylvania Farmstead: Shades of Sandy Flash (October 18 & 25)
Lantern Ghost Tours returns with a dramatic retelling of the legendary Sandy Flash, Delaware County’s most infamous outlaw. On dark nights, his daring robberies and fearsome reputation stirred tales of danger and intrigue. Hedgerow Theatre Company Presents: Tales From Poe (October 22, October 25 & November 1)

A beloved Hedgerow Theatre tradition each Halloween season, this production brings Poe’s chilling masterpieces—like The Tell-Tale Heart and Annabel Lee—to life on stage. 59th Annual Delaware County Halloween Parade (October 25)
Media, Everybody’s Hometown, will be haunted by ghosts and goblins of all shapes and sizes at the annual Delaware County Halloween Parade. Hundreds will gather to catch a glimpse of the procession of zombies, witches and skeletons as well as perennial parade participants such as the Penncrest High School Marching Band, the Strath Haven High School Panther Marching Band, and the County Corvette Association, as they make their way down State Street. Parade watchers are invited to come in costume and can expect plenty of spooky surprises and frighteningly good fun. Downtown Media
Penns Woods Winery’s Halloweekend (October 25 & 26)
A festive fall weekend filled with Halloween fun! Sip on themed cocktails while kids enjoy face painting, a hay maze, and Portable Picasso Pop Up—plus pumpkin painting on Sunday. Treat yourself to wine tastings, local beer, cider, cheese, and fall favorites like apple cider donuts and kettle corn. Relax with live music on the lawn: Paul Wilkinson on Saturday (2–5pm) and Adam McCue on Sunday (1–4pm).
