BRANDYWINE BATTLEFIELD: SUMMER HISTORY CAMP
Each day of camp is dedicated to a different aspect of the American Revolution. In addition to daily activities such as Capture the Flag and other fun games and lessons, campers can expect to learn about a concept of the American Revolution and participate in an activity designed to bolster each lesson.
Camp Media Theatre is Delaware County’s only theatre camp produced by a working professional theatre. It provides an exciting opportunity for kids (5 to 14 years old) to participate in the magic of musical theatre at an early age.
Situated on 240 acres of beautiful farmland in Newtown Square, this day camp boasts a variety of activities including swimming, art, archery, sports, hiking, gardening, to name a few.
COLONIAL PENNSYLVANIA FARMSTEAD: SUMMER CAMP
Historic adventures await day campers at the 18th Century Farmstead. Offering exciting and unusual ways for children to spend a week of summer through hands-on activities like open hearth cooking, farming, animal care and authentic crafts.
COMMUNITY ARTS CENTER: SUMMER SPREE ARTS CAMP
Summer Spree is the ultimate experience for children ages 4 – 11 who want to have fun and be creative. Campers will explore visual arts, ceramics, movement, dramatic play, hiking, music, tie dye, and weekly special projects taught by visiting artists!
DARLINGTON ARTS CENTER: SUMMER ARTS CAMP
Inspriring students ages 3-14 to think creatively about the world around them and express themselves through the visual and performing arts.
DELAWARE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE: SUMMER KIDS CAMP
DCCC camp experiences combine specialized learning and creativity with plain old fun! Kids ages 6 – 14 are invited to participate in programs that include: arts & crafts, dancing, photography, acting and more!

Offering 5 weeks of immersive art summer camps for curious and creative kids in Delaware County, PA! Campers will make beautiful hand-crafted projects, experiment with unique materials, learn the history behind the art, play in nature, learn new art techniques, and develop their creative skills! The woodland setting give kids (ages 6-12) a “deep dive” into various art activities, with the perfect blend of an indoor art studio/outdoor classroom.
MAIN LINE ART CENTER: SUMMER ART CAMP
A Summer of Color! Campers are invited to explore their creativity and their own unique way to color the world. Campers registered for multiple weeks can expect a variety of different lesson, and our experienced teaching artists bring their own flair to the classroom.
NEWLIN GRIST MILL: SUMMER DISCOVERY
Summer Discovery at Newlin Grist Mill offers history and nature-based experiences in an engaging outdoor environment. Whether looking for tadpoles, creating cloud-inspired art, making ice cream, floating boats, or meeting a box turtle, campers are encouraged to be curious and play in creative, nature-inspired ways.
Weekly themed creative camps for for kids 5-12 and youth ages 11-15 explore different worlds, tell stories, build and experiment, and ignite imagination. Two locations in Delco (Media and Swarthmore) provide a canvas for creativity.
PHILADELPHIA UNION: YOUTH SUMMER SOCCER CAMPS
Let your 6-14 year-olds learn from the pros! Union Soccer Schools, the official soccer camps of Philadelphia Union, have various locations in Delco this summer. Meet players and coaches, go behind the scenes with the team and more.
ROCKDALE ART CENTER: SUMMER ART WEEKS
Week-long art classes tailored for students to engage their creativity and art making skills. Each week students explore a theme through a variety of art projects. Students works in their own unique artistic style building self-confidence in a fun and creative environment.
Not your typical day camp, Rock Camp includes designing your band logo or trying out a new instrument and brainstorming original song ideas. During each week-long session, campers participate in instrument lessons, rehearsals, and workshops. Each Rock Camp concludes with a concert performance in front of friends and family.
ROCKY RUN (YMCA) AREA: SUMMER CAMP
Grouped by age and grade, campers learn how to create new friendships and explore the natural world around them. Traditional and specialty camp offerings make it a different adventure every week. These camps serve families in Media, Parkside, Brookhaven, Elwyn, and all surrounding areas.
Offering a wide variety of music camps and workshops. The local music camps are perfect for musicians of any skill level who want to play guitar, bass, drums, keyboard and vocals.
Campers will spend their days exploring Tyler Arboretum’s 650 acres of creeks, meadows, treehouses, and gardens. Each group has an indoor, air-conditioned home base for inclement weather. Activities include: Splashing in creeks and discovering the creatures that live in them, hiking shaded trails to unique destinations, harvesting and cooking fresh vegetables from Lucille’s Garden, creating nature-based arts and crafts, and more!
UPPER DARBY SUMMER STAGE: SUMMER STAGE
Introducing children and teens to the performing arts through its Summer Stage programs. These classes teach the basics of singing onstage, musical theater dance, acting, improvisation and storytelling through games and fun exercises taught by a qualified and supportive staff.
WAYNE ART CENTER: SUMMER ART CAMP
Campers ages 5-17 will learn about famous artists who made a mark and learn about their styles and techniques through more than 200 diverse classes in drawing, painting, cartooning, ceramics, sculpture, photography, cooking, jewelry, and more.
WILLOWS PARK PRESERVE: ECO CAMP
Join Delaware County 4-H and the Willows Park Preserve for a week of Eco Camp where participants will learn about local wildlife, go on hikes, create nature art, discover ways to protect our natural spaces, and more!
YMCA OF EASTERN DELAWARE COUNTY: SUMMER CAMPS
