Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., you’ll find deals like $7 select wines, $9 martinis, $7 house mixed drinks and $4 domestic bottles. Imports and drafts are just $6, making it easy to pair a drink with the globally inspired, tapas-style small plates that Departure is known for. Snack on $5 fries, hummus, or tabouleh. To pair, try apps and entrees under $12, like BBQ chicken flatbread, goat cheese bruschetta or a heaping bowl of PEI mussels. Plus, Sedona offers extra perks throughout the week, like “Dine for Charity” specials every Monday, and half-off bottles of wine every Wednesday.

At Bar Alimentari, tucked inside DiBruno Bros. in Wayne, happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. Here you’ll find specials on wine by the glass, refreshing spritzes and Italian-style nibbles that match DiBruno Bros.’s gourmet reputation. The buzzy bar, right in the middle of the marketplace, is an elevated but approachable spot for relaxing in style.
