Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., you’ll find deals like $7 select wines, $9 martinis, $7 house mixed drinks and $4 domestic bottles. Imports and drafts are just $6, making it easy to pair a drink with the globally inspired, tapas-style small plates that Departure is known for. Snack on $5 fries, hummus, or tabouleh. Its weekday happy hour, Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., includes half-off bottles and cans of craft beer, $6 house-brewed drafts and deals on sangria and margaritas. To pair, try apps and entrees under $12, like BBQ chicken flatbread, goat cheese bruschetta or a heaping bowl of PEI mussels. Plus, Sedona offers extra perks throughout the week, like “Dine for Charity” specials every Monday, and half-off bottles of wine every Wednesday.
